- Making the change a success: The change agents must work on the change management and help in making it a success. It is only possible if they have started identifying the other change agents who have accepted the change. It will be beneficial in the whole process if some of the other employees have also started to be the change agent.
- Be the feedback giver on challenges: We all know that whenever a change is implemented there are a lot many challenges that come upfront. There is a need for feedback by an expert in this area. So, the change agents must offer their feedback on this to make it easier for everyone involved to face the challenges.
